bitština (from serbian 'bit+suština' - essence/being) is a performative project where artist, using magical methods, gets into trance, turns into a being. 

"Loosing personality I see what's left when all the human-like and social attributes are gone, I free myself from behavior patterns. I also investigate how people react on an alien, different being. I first performed it at Pride Belgrade 2023. It is about being free from gender binary definitions, being free from expectations for a woman, being even be from what is called a human. Rethinking what personality is, what makes me a human being, I create for myself a character somewhere in between of all the forms of life."
